offer Macquarie Asset Management mutual funds may qualify for Class R6, Class A, Institutional Class, or Class R
shares at net asset value (NAV).

The Macquarie Collective Investment Trust (the "Trust") offers trusts (the "Macquarie Investment
Management Trusts") for the collective investment of assets or participating tax qualified pension and profit sharing
plans and related trusts, and governmental plans as more fully described in its Declaration of Trust. As bank
collective trusts, the Macquarie Investment Management Trusts are exempt from registration as investment companies.
