Through its Defined Contribution Investment‑Only (DCIO) group, Macquarie Investment Management maintains selling and service agreements with more than 70 leading third‑party retirement platforms, including retirement plan recordkeepers, clearing and trading platforms, and administrators.

Macquarie Investment Management manages more than 25 equity and fixed income mutual funds across all asset classes, as well as collective trusts, available to retirement plan sponsors and participants. Qualified retirement plans that offer Macquarie Investment Management mutual funds may qualify for Class R6, Class A, Institutional Class, or Class R shares at net asset value (NAV).

Strategic Relationship group

The Macquarie Collective Investment Trust (the "Trust") offers trusts (the "Macquarie Investment Management Trusts") for the collective investment of assets or participating tax qualified pension and profit sharing plans and related trusts, and governmental plans as more fully described in its Declaration of Trust. As bank collective trusts, the Macquarie Investment Management Trusts are exempt from registration as investment companies. The Macquarie Investment Management Trusts are managed by SEI Trust Company (the "Trustee"), based on the investment advice of Delaware Investment Advisers, the investment adviser to the Macquarie Investment Management Trusts. The Trustee serves as the Trustee of the Trust and maintains ultimate fiduciary authority over the management of, and the investments made in, the Macquarie Investment Management Trusts. The Macquarie Investment Management Trusts are part of the Trust, which is operated by the Trustee. The Trustee is a trust company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (SEI).
