Investing online

After you establish the on demand service, you can make purchases and redemptions online through account access.

Investing by phone

Once you sign up for the on demand service, you can make purchases and redemptions through:

  • Shareholder service center at 800 523-1918. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Investing by mail

Initial purchases

  1. Complete a new account registration form.
  2. Write a check payable to the fund and share class in which you want to invest.
  3. Mail the form and check to the address provided on the form.

Subsequent purchases

  1. Complete an Additional Investment form. These tear-off forms may help expedite processing of your check, and are generally included in your investment update statements and transaction confirmation statements.
  2. Write a check payable to your specific fund and share class. Be sure to include your account number.
  3. Mail the form and check to the address provided on the form. If you do not have a form, mail your check to:

Investing by wire

You may wire funds from your bank account to your fund. Bank of New York Mellon processes wire transactions for Delaware Funds by Macquarie. You will need to provide the following information to complete a wire transfer:

  • BNY Mellon Bank
  • ABA: 011 001 234
  • DDA: 000073-6910
  • FBO: Delaware Funds
  • Reference: Shareholder name, fund and account number.

You can purchase fund shares through most financial advisors. There may be a charge for this service.
